It carried out a theoretical analysis of the problem, composed an integrated portrait of the criminal, Thearticle contains results of an experimental research of consciousness of conditionally convicted persons. It is concluded that thediscrete nature of their time perspective, their deformation of the self, and as a consequence, deprivation of life in general.

ВЛИЯНИЕ РЕФЛЕКСИИ НА ПСИХИЧЕСКИЕ СОСТОЯНИЯ СТУДЕНТОВ С РАЗЛИЧНЫМ УРОВНЕМ ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА
The article presents the study results of the reflection indicators influence on the structural components of mental statesof people with different emotional intelligence levels. To identify these patterns multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA)was used. Shown that the influence of reflection on the mental states of students is mediated by severity of the structural componentsof reflection: the emotional flexibility, emotional control, empathy and understanding their own and others emotions.

статье представлены результаты исследования, направленного на изучение смысложизненных ориентаций в пожилом возрасте. В работе использовались теоретические и эмпирические (тест «Изучение смысложизненныех ориентаций» Д.А. Леонтьева) методы исследования. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о своеобразии смысложизненных ориентаций после выхода на пенсию.

ИСТОРИЯ ПСИХОТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В СССР В 1930-Х ГГ.
In this article the author gives an overview of the facts of the history of the Soviet psychotechnics in 1920-1930s associatedwith an attempt to establish the special psychotechnical institution for training of a highly qualified personnel. Despite the factthat the psychotechnical community carried on a conversation about it in 1927, the plan didn't achieve the success until 1936when the psychotechnics was eliminated. The regular discussion of the project was attended by such famous scientists-psychotechnicians,as I.N. Shpielrein, I.M. Burdyansky, P.I. Razmyslov etc.
