The article discusses the importance of the concept by Klimov for this particular action research. The author emphasizesthe importance of awareness of teenagers main factors of choice of profession ("want-can-need to"). By the level of awarenessof the main factors of teenagers choice of profession, the author identifies three groups - high, medium and low levels of awareness.Awareness - one of the conditions for successful career choices Teenagers. Using concept by Klimov, the author creates atest game that promotes awareness of adolescents.
